With royal coat-of-arms woodcut vignette as well as L(oco) S(igilli) stamp printed together with royal signature and those of clerks Mösting, Jensen + Rothe.

Danish-German parallel text. – Lifting of the resolution of Aug. 26, 1810, with reference to the license etc. of especially Sep. 14, 1810, May 8 + 28, 1811, as well as May 25, 1812, though retaining the license of Nov. 30, 1811, “in regard of the regulation of the only permitted departure and landing places at the Western coast of the duchies Schleswig and Holstein”. – On laid paper untrimmed on three sides.
